The pattern is available as a FREE weekly download and mini You Tube tutorials will accompany each installment. There's also a Facebook group, where you can share your progress and meet other makers. The Crochet Along starts 11th May 2022 This beginner-friendly CAL starts with the simplest granny square and builds your crochet confidence over six weeks to create a bright, bold picnic blanket ready to make summer memories.

You'll also need a 4mm Crochet hook, Tapestry Needle for neatening tails

Blanket size: 150cm x 150cm

Tension for this blanket is not critical, however it is important that all your small squares are the same size and the measurement of your large Star Square is double the size of these.
